Congratulations to the Happy Couple

 A very special and unique day in Barbadian history as for the first time we have seen a Prime Mininster on his wedding day while in office.

Congrats to him and his lovely bride from all of us in the Barbados Labour Party.

    Indeed. Where ever and whenever the institution of marriage is entered into by free loving men and women i celebrate. August 12th is also my wedding anniversary this year being our 12th year. Saturday night at our annual dinner we toasted the happy couple, wishing them many years of happiness and togetherness.

    My best wishes to the “first couple”. The Firstlady looks very elegant.

    But tell me why not a cabinet colleague was invited to the do? All I saw, other than family, were the money men and big financiers! Was this an election contribution gimmick – invitations for sale $50,000!

    Remember Clinton and the Lincoln Bedroom – sleepover for a price? You can’t put anything beyond these politicians.

    Jerome, I really support your call on this one. Not only Lynette on the dock, so too is

    all the other BLP candidates who will be lining up behind Owen Arthur on his call for

    Barbadians to be more MORAL and using this call to secure VOTES.

    Not in CHRISTIAN Barbados if thay do not answer the questions you and other

    Barbadians have been asking on this issue.

    Happy they must be! One got land from NHC overlooking the West Coast almost free and the other got a free RDC house before the marriage. I would be happy too.

    THE CAUSE of all the local inflation RECENTLY, came ABOUT as a result of the the removal of the subsdes on

    1.Animal feed
    2. flour.
    3.gas
    4. super massive tax hike onwide range of things e.g banking services and government fees

    the last one will be more insipitus , and will creep in slowing

    as a result the cost of doing busines in barbados is has gone by as a result of david thompson economic policys and the cost of living gone up thanks to david thompson and the dlp econmoics policys,
